Eastledge has operated from one Alvaston yard since 1986, and the dedicated team is what has kept the business consistent across forty years. As the retail and education pipeline grows into 2026 and beyond, so does the team.

All roles listed here are direct-employed and working UK-wide from our Derby base. No agency contracts, no zero-hours arrangements.

What it is like to work at Eastledge

Direct employment, not agency, not zero-hours. One Derby base, UK-wide project deployment. All travel and hotel expenses are covered by the company when you are working away.

The workforce has long tenure: team members with ten-plus years at Eastledge are not unusual. In-house supervision on every programme means you work under the same people across every site, not a rotating cast of site managers.

Progression is real. The pathway from apprentice through to fixer through to supervisor exists and has been walked by people on the team. CSCS card support and PPE are provided as standard. Vans are provided for roles where the work requires them.
