We deliver interior fit-out and refurbishment packages for schools, colleges and universities across the UK, programmed around term-time constraints, specified to Building Bulletin 93 acoustic and BS fire standards, and delivered by our own time-served fixers.

We install ceilings, dry lining and partitions in healthcare environments across the UK, working to HTM-aware specifications, hygiene-led system selections including Bioguard plasterboard linings, and infection-control detailing aligned with the principal contractor's clinical handover requirements. The systems we install are standard across the NHS estate and the wider private healthcare sector. We are a specialist subcontractor working to the architect's specification and the principal contractor's clinical compliance plan.

Cultural
We install feature ceilings, acoustic systems and fit-out trades in galleries, museums, heritage interiors and publicly accessible cultural buildings across the UK. The specification brief in cultural environments combines a higher architectural finish standard, where the ceiling is often part of the design rather than a neutral background, with precise acoustic and conservation requirements that drive system selection well beyond standard commercial mineral fibre tile. We work as a specialist trade contractor to the principal contractor or directly to the cultural operator on smaller scope refurbishments.

Hospitality
We install ceilings, acoustic systems, dry lining and partitions for hospitality environments across the UK: hotels, restaurants, bars, leisure clubs and hotel-associated food and beverage outlets. Hospitality interiors carry a demanding combined brief: guest-facing aesthetic standards closer to retail and residential than to commercial fit-out, acoustic performance to BS 8233 and BB93-adjacent targets, hygiene-rated finishes in kitchen and food-service areas, and programme delivery phased around a trading calendar that does not pause for building works. We work as a specialist trade subcontractor to the principal contractor or fit-out specialist.

Government
We install ceilings, dry lining, partitions and associated finishes in government and civic buildings across the UK: local authority offices, civic centres, magistrates' and crown courts, job centres, government agency offices and publicly accessible civic infrastructure. Government and civic projects carry a specific set of procurement and performance requirements: BREEAM Excellent ratings are frequently a planning condition or client requirement, Government Soft Landings applies to central government projects, framework procurement is the standard route, and security clearance requirements apply on some sites. We work as a specialist trade subcontractor to the principal contractor running the wider building programme.

Science & Research
We install ceilings, dry lining and partitions in science and research environments across the UK, working to tighter-than-standard specifications driven by ventilation, vibration, acoustic and cleanroom requirements that standard commercial fit-out does not accommodate. Research buildings, laboratories, science parks and higher-education science facilities each carry a distinct technical brief; our role is to install ceiling and wall assemblies that meet the performance specification, integrate with the building services above and around them, and hand over to a standard that survives the occupier's operational environment.

Public Sector
The public sector is the broadest designation in UK construction procurement: it encompasses the NHS and wider health estate, local authority and civic buildings, education, blue light and emergency services facilities, defence estate, and publicly funded cultural and civic infrastructure. We install ceilings, dry lining, acoustic systems and partitions across this breadth as a specialist trade subcontractor, working within the procurement framework and compliance requirements of each sub-sector.
