Hygienic Cladding Installer

UK-wide (mobilised from Derby HQ)Permanent, full-time, direct-employedCompetitiveDriving licence required

The role

This is an installation role covering hygienic PVC wall cladding across healthcare, food-service, education and clinical environments. Systems include Kleenclad, AM-Clad, Beplas and Altro Whiterock cladding ranges, alongside AM-Guard wall protection products.

The work demands precision at sealed interfaces, welded joints where the specification requires them, and careful coordination with plumbing and electrical services in environments such as sluice rooms, treatment rooms and food preparation areas. Getting those interfaces right is what separates a compliant hygienic installation from one that fails an infection-control audit.

The team

The hygienic cladding side of the Eastledge business is a growing part of the order book, with an increasing programme of healthcare, food and beverage, and education work. The team is directly employed and yard-based, with in-house supervision on every project.

You will work across a range of environments: clinical settings in NHS and private healthcare buildings, commercial kitchen and food-production spaces, and education buildings where hygiene standards match those of a healthcare environment. All travel is coordinated from the Derby base and all expenses are covered.

What Eastledge offers

  • Direct employment on a permanent contract
  • Company van provided
  • All tools and PPE provided
  • All travel and hotel expenses covered when working away from the Derby base
  • In-house training and a progression pathway through to supervisor level
  • CSCS card support

What we are looking for

  • CSCS card held or in progress
  • Relevant experience installing PVC hygienic wall cladding in commercial or clinical settings
  • Familiarity with at least one of the major system ranges (Kleenclad, Altro Whiterock, AM-Clad, Beplas or equivalent)
  • UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel UK-wide with the team
